Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen Has Big Plans For New Henderson Home

Carmine Vento has been serving pizza and Italian dishes with a New York touch since he arrived in in Las Vegas back in 1976. The creator of Villa Pizza and Ventano Italian Grill & Seafood, he also operates two outposts of Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen, with a large expansion now in the works.

Planned to be built from scratch on an empty Henderson lot south of the Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino, the proposed 4,980-square-foot restaurant sits less than half a mile from Carmine’s existing Henderson pizzeria at 2520 Horizon Ridge Parkway.

Scheduled for the southeast corner of Narissa Avenue and Horizon Ridge Parkway, no word yet if both locations will continue to serve once the long build-out process is completed.

With room enough inside for over 50 guests, the new site is three times as large as the Pizza Kitchen’s second home, launched in Spring Valley in 2016.

Yet to publicly announce the project, or an estimated opening date, the plans begin moving through the City of Henderson approval process this month.
