Username is created
in the following order:
- 84 issued email account (this is the default if an employee is ever issued an 84 email account then this will be his/her new username)
- If no 84 issued email is available the the user name is the employee's Personal email on file with HR
- Employee#+last name in lower case, no spaces (example John Doe #000012345 is 000012345doe)
Initial logon password is
Employee#+last name in lower case, no spaces (example John Doe #000012345 is 000012345doe)
***New employees may not have an account set up until they are in the HR system with an employee number, please try back the following day***
