Pulled up to the drive through at 5:29 and get turned away and they're not open on Saturdays anymore don't open till 10 on wendsdays I mean I've heard of bankers hours but you guys are lazy by even those standards besides "Affinity is not a bank. We’re a credit union. That means put people over profits. We exist to help our members and support our communities 'unless it requires working a full shift'" ftfy
My question was addressed immediately I'm very pleased with Margie and her fast reponse wilh dealing with my question.
I submitted an application for a personal loan and Mackenzie responded to my email and then a phone call regarding this. She moved quick and was professional during the whole process. Mackenzie, thanks again and 2 thumbs up!!

Charlie is the greatest.. honestly, everyone there makes banking easy. I always come in with a handful of deposits, but they don't care. There always given me a hard time and I give it back. Great place, great atmosphere and great people.

Margie from Affinity was terrific! She was very pleasant, answered my questions, & asked if there was anything else she could do for me. We were only on for 3 minutes, which was mostly my fault.When Margie asked me if I would accept her text & respond to it, I gladly said, “Of course!” due to the previous call I made, shown below.Just before calling Affinity, I called another bank for the same reason. I had to enter several options (almost 5 minutes), then sit on hold for what seemed like forever b4 I was able to speak to a person! It then took about 5 more minutes b4 she was able to complete my request. All in all, the call lasted 20 minutes! Ridiculous!Thanks having a person answer the phones & for providing great and prompt service to your customers!

I’ve been banking with Affinity since 2005, 17 years later they continue to be helpful with any questions or concerns I may have.Had an issue with Wire transfer this morning. Kalie was able to find a solution and corrected to ensure this don’t happen again with-in the first 5 minutes of our conversation.
Mackenzie was absolutely amazing! Without a doubt one of the best bankers I have ever come across. She was able to help me set up my accounts at affinity in a quick and efficient manner. She puts her customers first and because of her affinity gained a lifelong client in me. Thank you Mackenzie! Keep up the outstanding work!!!
Affinity has been great to work with. They were able to get me approved right where I was wanting everything. Mackenzie was so nice and helpful. She was amazing to work with! I will definitely be a long time member of theirs!
Kay was amazing sweet and super helpful. After spending 2 and a half hours playing phone tag and getting hanged up on. She was able to calm me down and help me with my problem. She definitely needs a raise or better yet make her a boss. If everyone could be like her i would call customer support just for fun.
