It comes with mounting screw and it has very good milling and is a well made part, but check the rubber inlays ( I needed to add a bit of good adhesive to seat mine properly)It looks great on the bike and is holding up well but the foam rubber inlays needed more glue...Not a deal breaker but I believe in the future if the rubber gets loose I may just replace the foam rubber with a true rubber rod the width of the milling .Overall it looks Good and I absolutely would buy it again !
