the dealership was great the person who attended to me was Jonathan and he was really attentive and tried his best to get me what i wanted. The only reason i did not buy the car here the night i went was because Dan the manager was not willing to move on budget and there was no military discount or anything. every other car i’ve bought had a military discount even if was just like $100.

Joseph was great to work with. Very friendly and professional. I walked out of there with the truck I drove 3 hours to purchase. I had a trade and felt I received a fair price for my trade. The only concern I have is the AL Piemonte security package that I was required to purchase. I ended up getting it reduced but it is insurance I don't need. Other than that I would recommend this dealership.

Finance took too long not their fault but I waited 1.5 hours to pay cash for my car. Detailing left my tires dirty and cleaning them at home took the paint off the wheels. Not sure what to do with this.

One of the most frustrating experiences is spending your valuable time at a dealership, and unfortunately, that's exactly what I encountered at AL Piemonte Buick. Their website is informative in many ways, displaying the car's price, taxes, documentation fee, and estimated registration fee – all typical fees you'd expect to see at any dealership. However, what they conveniently omit from their online information is the additional warranty they will add, $2800, and the tracking monitoring $3500, they have installed in all their vehicles. These costs aren't factored into the car's price until they present you with the bill of sale. In my case, this unexpected addition amounted to approximately $6300 on top of the car's listed price. To make matters worse, there's no option to decline these fees, and the warranty is subject to negotiation. To improve transparency and save potential buyers from wasting their time, it would be beneficial for AL Piemonte Buick to include these fees on their website upfront. The car turned out to be more expensive than buying a new one once you added the additional $6300.

Not a good experience.
Not a good experience. Couldn’t get much of a straight answer on anything. Dealer wasn’t forthcoming on interest rate or trade in value. Tried adding warranties I’ve already stated I did not want. Lastly, didn’t clean the vehicle properly and promised a full tank of gas……I drove away with a quarter tank. Would NEVER buy from here again
