I cannot thank Gina Cordasco enough for all of her hard work putting my wife into her new 2023 Cadillac XT4. I could go on and on about the car (which is fantastic) but the real star is Gina. I waltzed into the dealership on Saturday night 10 minutes before closing... She was apologetic that they were closing but set me up for first thing the next day (Sunday, her day off). Sunday Morning she juggle us in between deliveries and sales and knocked the price out of the park, all the while making the entire process effortless and enjoyable. I have been buying/leasing new Chevrolets for almost 40 years. It all started with a 1985 Monte Carlo SS. Through the years and a few dealerships I am now a loyal customer of Atlantic Chevrolet, but in all honestly I am really a loyal customer of Gina Cordasco at Atlantic. My prior salesperson retired and I was skeptical of getting a new contact but Gina came with glowing referrals. Suffice to say the Gina is an absolute Rockstar. I walked in on a Saturday morning still sweaty from walking my dog and she treated my with the utmost respect. I know I can be a difficult customer but Gina took the time to review with me all of my options, and really understand what I wanted from this deal. The most important thing I can say about Gina is that she did not try to oversell me in the slightest. She put me in a vehicle I wanted and more important in these difficult time, a vehicle I could afford. Finally, she never cut me loose. Even when our dealings were done Gina kept checking on me while I was in with the finance department and was the last face I saw when I drive off the lot. I can't say enough about the experience. Just completed my second purchase from Atlantic Chevrolet. I was happy to see Pat was still on the sales floor. I personally don’t like shopping for a newer vehicle. It makes the my decision easier when I can deal with a salesman who’s not trying to shove me into something I don’t need or can’t afford. I did my diligence and shopped around before returning to Pat with more questions and felt more than comfortable with “my” decision buy a gently used 2021. Attempted to buy out our lease. Ahmed presented our buy out with a separate line item for the 60 month warranty. After going back and forth on numbers and down payments we were clearly looking to save some money. Finally I told Ahmed I could buy the car but didn’t want the warranty. At that time all of a sudden he can’t sell us the car without the warranty. Whether that is true or not he should have told us that in the beginning. I was clearly frustrated after wasting time so I walked out with my wife. Ahmed followed us out and after a brief back and forth he then called me an “xxxxxxx” and that I know “nothing about nothing”. As a service progressional myself this could have been handled much differently to the point I likely would have bought the car from him. Now I will go out of my way not too. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend or buy another vehicle there.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to their website, sent an inquiry about a vehicle they show on their website as being in stock, receive a call that I missed from their dealership. Saw they sent an email as well from a Paul Weinberger. I give the a call back, speak to Paul, explain I’m roughly 2 hours away from their dealership, that I saw a car on their site, tell him the car, ask him if its available, he says yes, I ask what next steps would be, he tells me I need to come into the office to put down a deposit and sign paperwork. I ask him if this can be done over the phone, he says I need to come into the office, so we set up an appointment for the following week in the morning, and leave it at that. Appointment day comes up, I drive 2 hours to the dealership, walk in, Paul greets me and hands me off to his “product specialist” Ahmed. Ahmed asks me what vehicle I’m interested in, which surprised me given Paul already had this information – apparently he never shared it with Ahmed. I show Ahmed the vehicle, the VIN, stock #, etc. Ahmed looks up the vehicle, excuses himself to go speak with some other folks, comes back a few minutes later and explains the car was factory ordered for another customer. I ask him why Paul never told me that, he says he doesn’t know, and I ask him about the other 8 vehicles on their website (1 of which has a similar build as to what I’m looking for) and if he can check what is available. Ahmed comes back and tells me he only has one that is available, and it does not have the same features I’m looking for (the other vehicle with similar features despite being listed on their website apparently is also under contract). I explain I’m frustrated, how they made me drive 2 hours to come in person to allegedly sign some papers and put money down on a deposit for a vehicle I was told was available and how I’ll have to drive two hours back, get nothing more than an “I’m sorry” from Ahmed, how Paul should have handled this over the phone and I really should not have had to drive in, etc. I of course am angry, but Ahmed doesn’t really care – no offer of a gas card, no apology from management, nothing. Steer clear of this place – their salespeople apparently go above and beyond in lying to potential customers, going so far as to misrepresent how customers need to go in to physically place deposits, and misrepresenting the availability of vehicles to screw with potential customers. Worst experience ever at a dealership (which really should tell you something). Avoid at all costs.

And I surely know why after dealing with his totally unethical comments for only 15 minutes. I've bought 34 new cars from over 20 dealership in my years. This experience was disgustingly a first! I didn't know it was proper for a salesman to tell a potential customer that "ALL that matters is putting as much money in MY pocket as possible!", "This is Capitalism." and "I'm not trying to save you money." Thats verbatim!! You should be embarrassed!

I called them ahead and said I wanted this car from you.
I called them ahead and said I wanted this car from you. Do you guys have it in stock? If you have it, I will drop by also. Could you please send me the picture you have in your car lot? They kept saying they had the car but were unwilling to send me pictures. I told them, "Look, I know some of the dealers say they have a car, then they don't have it." that's why I want to see the picture. Still, they did not send me any. Then I thought they should have it since I saw many listings on their website. So, I went to the dealership and asked them about the vehicle. Who did I speak to over the phone? Then, they assigned me to Robert Sparaco, the sales consultant. He took the info and everything. I wanted to ensure they have the same MSRP, trim, and year. Then he found one in the lot. I didn't need to test drive; I will do the paperwork and buy the car. 229 dollars, no down, just taxes. I saw that it requires 800+ credit and everything, conquest lease or Chevy lease. I have both cars in my home. I have everything they need to have that online deal. I told them I wanted this deal you have with no down. I will pay the lease taxes and fees. He comes with the number 3k and incentives 1k. With 1000 dollars, incetives is 4000 dollars are only taxes and prices with a 257$ Month, and HE COMES TO THE TABLE and SAYS HIS MANAGER WON'T HONOR THE DEAL. I asked him to give me a breakdown of the taxes and other fees and what those fees are. He wants a $995 Acquisition Fee, a Disposition Fee of $395 (NOT EVEN DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE), and 1610 in sales taxes. Then I told home, Let me calculate based on what you said. How did you come up with taxes of 1610 dollars on a leased car? In my calculation, 257*36+ 995+ 395 (NOT EVEN DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE)+ 3k down +1k incentive = Total 8.875% taxable amount on $14247. $1264.42 is the actual tax. I asked them to fix the tax amount, and I will take the car even if you guys mark up another $11 per month with the advertising deal (229), a total of $240. He went to the manager to get a new number for me; his manager was using vulgar language while talking to him, and I could hear him. He came to me and said that the actual numbers and taxes would stay the same and honor the advertising deal, too. I requested to talk to his manager, who gave me the number, and told him I would complain to the state about you guys overcharging the tax percentage. He tells me his manager is busy. I saw him sitting at his desk, making jokes with other colleagues and laughing. When I went up to him, he said, "Get the xxxx out of my store; I don't want to sell the car to you." Then I spoke loudly, "Don't call customers to buy cars from you since you will not sell the car. Stop bothering people." I left.

Worse experience ever from a dealer
We went with higher expectations to Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac but left utterly disappointed. First they said they would work with our deal and we agreed. However, they sent us home and told us to come back the next day and while we did so, they changed their word and a simple inquiry we had asked spiraled into a show of unprofessionalism and diminution of our character by the staff. They are not trustworthy and no respect is given to customers whatsoever. General Motors and the State Division of Consumer Protection has been notified of our treatment and we hope this kind of treatment will never happen to anyone else.

Worse car leasing experience ever
Left a deposit in excess of 3k. Deal agreed to fell through. Check cleared my bank on 1/22. They will not mail check (they say) until 1/30. - no excuse for keeping my money for this long. Terrible customer service. Avoid this dealership

Brought in a letter I received from Chevy that said I am
Brought in a letter I received from Chevy that said I am eligible with my 2021 Equinox to trade in early and my remaining payments could be waived. Was directed to Joe, showed him the letter and he said he could take care of that. I went into a smaller vehicle, which ended up bringing my payments to $125 more per month. After my purchase, I received a statement from the loan company 3 weeks later which said the rest of the payments for my Equinox were not waived but added on. Called Joe and he said they don't waive payments (even though letter from Chevy said they do). He was supposed to get back to me after talking to Moe the finance guy. Never called me back and when I called again leaving my name secretary said he wasn't picking up the page. This went on for two days. I finally called and asked to speak to a manager and whoever got on the phone with me (manager or finance guy) said I had no equity in my car and the early trade-in wasn't valid. Why wasn't I told this from the beginning during the time of sale? I would have kept my old, perfectly fine vehicle with a much lower payment for another 6 months. Honesty would have been very appreciated. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and told me, "No one forced you to buy the car". True, but no one told me I had no trade-in value either. He wrapped up the conversation with, "There is nothing I can do for you and I have a floor full of people here" dismissing the whole situation. So I guess after they make a sale you are not a customer anymore and there is no reason to treat you with respect.
