What's New for the 2018 Audi Q3?
Although the luxurious Q3 is Audi’s least expensive SUV, it is nevertheless a compelling vehicle in terms of performance, style and value. Available in Premium and Premium Plus trims, Q3 got even better for 2018 with several upgrades, leading off with S-line chrome exterior design elements – bumpers with larger air intakes, a rear diffuser, aluminum door sills, Gloss Black side sills, and a rear-tip spoiler. Also newly standard for 2018 are front seat heaters. The price of the 2018 Technology Package has been slashed and it now includes a premium Bose audio system that last year cost $850 separately.
The new Convenience Package for the Premium model adds features to the Q3 like a power liftgate, keyless entry, an auto-dimming interior mirror and push button start. Premium Plus gets new LED headlights and taillights as well as blind-spot monitoring. A Sport Plus Package on the Premium Plus model adds 19-inch wheels, a flat-bottomed, three-spoke steering wheel, paddle shifters and the Black Optics exterior trim. The Competition Package includes the Sport Plus Package plus 20-inch V-spoke wheels, sports seats, multiple drive modes, Piano Black Interior, black roof rails and a black spoiler.
Two new colors are available for 2018 Hainan Blue and Camouflage Green. The Premium Plus model also gets Audi Side Assist, a lane-change monitor that uses rear-bumper radar sensors to alert you to approaching traffic in the adjacent lane.
