New color?

MY17 (A4) and MY18 (A4/S4/A5/S5) had Gotland Green metallic (Q6Q6). Seems only the A4 allroad retained it for MY19.
MY22 order guide shows District Green metallic (M4M4), but only for the A5/S5. Appears it expanded to the A4/S4 for MY23.
So just the B9.0 green vs the B9.5 green.
RS5 had, but no longer, Sonoma Green metallic (V4V4).
Q5 had a different green for B9.0, Azores Green metallic (6G6G). But seems to be using the same District Green metallic now as well.
Personally, I don't find olive drab all that pretty a car color. It's fine for a GIJoe tank. Audi has so many actually nice greens; sad to see them shipping that thing.

Could this be an Audi exclusive colour? I know my dealer has occasionally had one or two weird green Audi exclusive cars in their showroom... (I still don't understand how an exclusive paint colour gets ordered for inventory but that's a separate question)

It is in the current standard colour range for the A4 and Q5 models in a number of markets, including the US. I actually saw a matt finish version on my local dealer's forecourt tonight - was dark when driving past but it really stood out against everything else. Was a Q model (couldn't tell which one, they are all starting to look the same to me). Looked like a military vehicle, it's almost khaki.

Looks sharp with the black optics package, but would be stunning in a satin finish. But so do all the other available colors IMHO.

I wonder if they changed the makeup of the color for MY22. Here's a MY21 SQ5 in district green and it looks great, though it's also a cloudy day. https://www.audizine.com/forum/showt...lic-SQ5-Update A guy commented that the site pics appear changed for MY22 as well. Maybe they removed a lot of the green, or started putting in too much yellow, or it's a color that just looks washed out in bright light. Olive is not an attractive car color. Green is a great car color.
