But in the end it's hard to complain when the purchase price just breaks $13K. And really, the car on the whole is about as good as it gets in this price range. So if big comfort in a compact car is what you are looking for, look to Toyota. The Echo is large inside, while extremely fuel efficient, easy to drive and has a pretty good stereo system. It handles well under most circumstances making it an enjoyable ride. It's just good sensible transportation.
