Introduced at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, there are only 1,963 individually numbered examples in the world.
Based on a 991.1 Carrera S, it’s powered by a 3.8L flat-six with 400hp and can be paired with a 7-speed manual or the 7-speed PDK. Also different is that the 50th AE comes with the Porsche Active Suspension Management(PASM) system and Porsche Torque Vectoring as standard. Also optional is the Powerkit, which increases the power to 430hp.
The 50th AE also features the widebody from the 991.1 Carrera 4S, 10mm lower suspension, and the gorgeous 20-inch wheels that are a callback to the icon Fuchs wheels on classic 911s. Inside, the instrument dials are designed to look like a classic Porsche with the green and white instrument dials, a badge showing the number of the specific vehicle, and the beautiful retro houndstooth seats.
