      Was a loyal, paying customer for 5 years. We had an automatic, monthly charge, payment plan of approximately $** set up on our *********** The ********** was charged, fraudulently by another organization (not Petline) so we were forced to cancel this card and wait for a new one to arrive. In the meantime, I set to changing all passwords and reassigning the new card number to any automatic withdrawal accounts we had. However, I admit that I overlooked Petline and missed a payment for 1 month. I did not receive an email, or phone call. I did, however, receive a threatening letter in the mail indicating that if I did not pay the fee, they would refer my account to a collections agency. Of course, I phoned immediately to pay the bill, but was subsequently rudely informed "this is your responsibility". For an innocent mistake, this was harsh treatment to a loyal, extended customer. Extremely poor customer service. **** ** **** ******* *** *** ********** **** ********* *****

      **** ** * **** ******** ***** ** ** ***** ****** they take weeks to return claims, and on two claims made $0 refunded each time. They come up with a different reason every time "unfortunately your policy doesn't cover this treatment" when it's a basic exam. And when you call them, they don't answer. They take your money and never ****** to give it back. *****

      We had Petline for two years without one claim ever made. I then called to cancel after finding a better insurance through my Vet. They said it was cancelled and paid to date. I now have received a collection notice for $******* **** * ***** ** ***** *** ****. Even after you cancel they will send you more bills to the point I had to cancel my credit card. **** ** ******* ** * ****** ** *** ****** ******

      * ********* ****** ** ****** ** *** ******* they only collect payments & they never provide any service nor pay claims, they built a long list of exceptions based on a preliminary vet report that was inaccurate and demanded expensive tests to revert back the exceptions. Unclear policies, and very arrogant customer service, ********* ** ** ** ** ****** **** ******** *** ****** * **** ******* ** *** ********** ** ******** ****** *** *** ******* ** ******* ********

      ****************************** I paid monthly and never could get into the software to review my account. When I cancelled the service, instead of sending an invoice for any outstanding amounts owed they sent it to a collections agency. This is the absolutely worst company to deal with.

      ********************************************* They told me a got a 4000$ in my plan for the teeth of my cat, then accept to pay only 600$
      This was not the deal, ************************
      The first employee told me that he can't check anything ************************** then the second employee told me everything is good and I'm available to receive all the money, They keep 3400$ of the money.. ***********************
