We are saddened to hear that the customer was dissatisfied with our product and services. I thought this site would help me attain a job. Instead, it continues to take money from me monthly without a way to cancel the subscription from within the website. It states in an email notifying me of the charge to email them to cancel but it does not in fact cancel the subscription nor does it refund the charge like the email states it would. I want to be refunded and removed from the site's service.Initial Complaint

Last year in March 2020 , I paid $ ***** for notification of **** job opportunities in my area. I did this for my daughter who needed a job with a future, and she had no computer of her own. My daughter never found a postal job this way, and just today I received a $9.95 ATM debit charge to my bank account from this company; job support services LLL in Georgia I tried to call them, but its always busyBusiness response

We are saddened to her that this customer has had difficulty reaching us to request a refund. Our program does have a 6 month $9.95 renewal for the subscription. We noticed that (2) $9.95 payments have been debited, and as a courtesy, we have refunded both of those payments.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 9/09/2021 for $59.99. I called every day for a 2 weeks the operator told me he couldn't find anything and keep calling him back,which I did.All he seemed interested in was talking about moving and changing his life.I'm looking for a part time job as a postal worker,not a therapist.I'm a 74 year-old unemployed veteran, that money is much needed.Business response

Firstly, this company is a third party that claims it is affiliated with the USPS, and charges $50 to take a test that they claim is required to apply for a USPS job. Applying to the USPS and taking their tests is free, and the USPS says as much on their site (which is how I found out). Secondly, I was not told this would be a recurring charge, and I was charged an additional $50 without warning. This puts me out $100 from a company that misleads about its relation to the USPS, and about its business practices.Business response

One of our main goals is to be transparent and up front about what customers can expect from us, what products and services we provide, as well as the fact that our products and services are optional. This information is provided throughout our website, as well as on a customer's transaction receipt. Throughout our website, you can find disclaimers stating that we are not affiliated with any government or civil service agency, and that there is no fee to apply, nor for the official exams or the study materials offered by the USPS or any other civil service agency. The fee is for our job board, study guides, simulated practice exams, and customer support for certain entry level civil service jobs. We also are transparent about the renewal fees (which are also listed in our Terms and Conditions), and all customers are sent several emails before they are charged a renewal, which includes instructions as to how to opt out from the renewal fee. The customer was initially charged $49.99 on 6/15/2020, and (1) renewal fee of $9.95 in 2021. To ensure quality customer satisfaction, provided the customer with a full refund of both charges the day we received a complaint from them (7/22/21).
