Easy process.
Easy process. Josh (our salesman) explained to us that for a small price increased, we were better off with a new car. We got a new 2025 Chevy Trax that's great on gas and plenty of room for weekend sports. Also can't beat the 20yr/200K warranty. Second time purchasing a new vehicle from Beaver. Buyer Beware They don't honor their extended warranty; avoid buying from here as it appears to be a scam aimed solely at profiting from sales. We were initially informed that they could facilitate the purchase of a $40,000.00 car, but when attempting to acquire a $31,000.00 car from the same place and finance department, we encountered obstacles. It's becoming evident that this establishment might not be as reputable as it appears. Their high ratings seem suspicious, and one can't help but wonder if a department is dedicated to posting fake 5-star reviews to counterbalance the daily influx of 1-star ratings. I attempted to follow their guidance in trading in the vehicle within the specified timeframe, only to receive a dismissive response. They essentially stated that they lacked a crystal ball to predict the outcome. So, when I inquired about potential deception, I received confirmation of it. The salesperson even suggested another car, which conveniently came with a $10,000 price hike, or the option of an entirely new car. It's disheartening to think that I may have been scammed into purchasing a vehicle from this establishment less than three years ago, only to witness it depreciate by over $20,000. What's more, they initially assured me that the extended warranty was inconsequential, as long as I traded the vehicle in around the three-year mark. However, this assurance was subsequently admitted to be false, leaving me with the impression that I was sold a subpar vehicle. At least there was some honesty in acknowledging that part of the situation.
