The sales person was very helpful and answered most of my questions. Toyota corperate was a very differnt story. Waiting for over a year is outrageous and way to long in my opinon. Also there were some options I had ordered that Toyota for some reason chose not to supply with no reason why? Makes me feel like the customer is not their first priority.

My interaction with Tim Parker, salesman, was very positive. The wait for the car that I ordered was over 1 year. Tim help me understand the protracted wait and provided a solution of replacing what I ordered with a new 2024 car that was close to my original order. All around, the experience with Burnsville Toyota was positive.
