1995 Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione II Celebrates Lancia’s Ultimate Rally Car

Few hot hatches are more revered than the Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione II and if you have the spare cash, buying this particular one could prove to be a solid investment.

Launched the year after Lancia stopped rallying with the Delta HF Integrale, the Evoluzione II became an instant hit. Pristine used examples hit the market every now and then, but for the most part, these cars are either painted red or black, while this is one of 215 in ‘Blue Lagos’.

RM Sotheby’s states that this car rolled out of the factory on 27 April 1994 and was delivered to a customer in Germany where it was registered for road use on 21 April 1995. It spent several years in Germany before heading to Italy and in 2018, was imported to the United States.

In the cabin there are Recaro seats clad in crème upholstery, while the car also features air conditioning which was a rarity for Lancia models from this time. In April 2020, the battery, timing belts, and oil filters were replaced and it is being auctioned off on January 22 in Arizona with a spare wheel, jack, tool kit, two keys, and service invoices. Although it’s offered with no reserve, RM Sotheby’s estimates that it could fetch anywhere between $90,000 and $110,000.
