The C-max is a great small car. Gas mileage is great if you drive as recommended in owners manual. And it rides like a big car and it is a smart car. You can not lock yourself out. I'm very pleased with this car.

Its practicle, efficient and fits our purpose and lifestyle. Several vehicles may be needed to satisfy a familys needs. The C-Max is fits the need for a short haul runabout theat is roomy and efficient, the Mini satisfies the "need for speed" and the Escape is a 4X4 that is flat towable behind our 40' RV.

great vehicle, small outside, easy to park, though wide, very big and spacious inside, good headroom, don't have to clamber down to get into it, trunk adequate, not enormous, but not a problem. Just altogether like it, particularly the gas mileage, not so much for cost savings as for ecology
