Alexandre Salmon Cuvée Montgolfière Demi Sec
50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay Dosage: 35g/l3,5 years aging on the bottle Terroir: Chaumuzy / Chambrecy / Villes-en-Tardenois / SarcyChampagne Salmon: For some years we have been passionate about hot air ballons. These vessels - made from withy and air - are a blend of tradition and modernity. The Champagne region is already wonderful seen from the ground but what can be said from the sky ? It is an incomparable scene, an incredible journey to fly over all these vineyards with an old bell-tower apparearing in the landscape from time to time. All in an absolute calm only paced by the burner. As Olivier became a hot air ballon expert, he wanted to bring his two passions together and created the «Cuvée Montgolfière». This bottle - the same will seduce you with its original wrapping.

Alexandre Salmon Les Bariolles 2017
100% Pinot Meunier Dosage: 0g/lFermented and aged for 20 months in Barrique4,5 years bottle ageing  Single cru: Les BariollesAbout the bottle design: THE ARTIST Born in Compiègne in 1991, Laura Ozymko lives and creates in Reims. A painter and draughtswoman since 2018, her universe is inspired by the aesthetics of classical sculpture and expresses the ambivalence of human feelings through phobias. THE WORK According to Greek mythology, the Charites: Euphrosyne (Joy), Aglaé (Splendour) and Thalie (Abandonment) are the three daughters of Zeus and Eurynomé, a sea nymph. These divinities, capable of bestowing a gift on Humanity, were part of the procession of Apollo, Aphrodite and Dionysus. The entirely handmade work Χάρις (Charis / Grace) presents an artistic study of Antonio Canova's Three Graces, a masterpiece of European neoclassical sculpture, from a new angle. The three goddesses are the perfect representation of beauty, grace and movement. Nestled in the depths of white Carrara marble, this celestial combination calls to mind a timeless ideal of Art. In myth, the Three Graces may never have featured prominently, but in art they have become the protagonists of countless works. Muses, they have represented the ideal of feminine beauty for every era and every artist for over 2,500 years.

Andreas SEP23: So much champagne for comparatively little money! And then you can buy it with a clear organic conscience because it comes from "good" agriculture from a biodynamic producer from the Marne. Juicy, for André with 4 grams almost highly dosed and yet super balanced, fine wholemeal toast, quince bread, fine wood spice, good pressure and great length, enormously drinkable. With his Millésime 2014, "Mr. Meunier" Heucq demonstrates perfectly what wonderful champagnes can be made with experience and healthy grapes, even in years that are not so easy. Moritz AUG22: A wonderfull aged Champagne with super fine perlage. Right after opening you'll find aromatics that remind of morning dew in the woods. With some time and airation armoas of caramelized red apples and delicate brioche notes develope. This complex Champagne developes, with some time and air, to a diverse pleasurable experience. Well suited as food companion for dishes with roasting flavours.

René Geoffroy Rosé de Saignée
100% Pinot Noir Dosage: 4g/l 5 years of bottle maturity Soil: Clay and silt with some marl at depth Average age of the vines: 25 years From one vintage For the Rosé de Saignée, the Pinot Noir grapes macerate for 48 to 60 hours in open wooden vats before being pressed. The vinification takes place without malolactic fermentation. After five years of yeast aging in the bottle, the result is a very complete and completely unkitschy rosé champagne that comes across as pleasantly dry and structured with only three grams of dosage. Aromas range from strawberry leaves to red fruits and blood oranges. Intense and fruity, it stands for the highest drinking pleasure. VINIFICATION: Harvested and sorted by hand. Maceration with immersed cap in open oak vats. Avoidance of malolactic fermentation.TASTING: As a preamble the ruby red hue of this Rosé de saignée is a pleasure for the eyes. The nose of this Champagne is a spring bouquet: rose, wild strawberry, raspberry and later blackberry, combine perfectly to offer the taster aromas, which would be unexpected in a normal roséChampagne. The mouth follows on from the nose, with the structure of the Pinot Noir leaving ata convincing vinosity at the finish. By virtue of its freshness, this rosé de saignée Champagne isbest enjoyed young to take full advantage of the aromas of small, fresh and crisp red berries.PAIRING This Rose champagne will harmonize perfectly with noble seafood, such as pan-fried scallops or the finesse of a lobster or crawfish. Back on land a lightly roasted duck breast with somepeaches will be perfect. A peach soup accompanied by a few strawberries with a flute of roséChampagne will leave the eye and the palate with an unforgettable memory.PRESS REVIEWSJAMES SUCKLING.COM - Oct 2016 - 93/100Bettane & Desseauve 2017 : 16/20Guide RVF 2017 : 15/20Guide Hachette 2015 Coup de coeurGuide Gault Millau 2014 : 15.5/20Le point – J.Dupont – 2014 : 17.5/20Guide Larousse du Champagne 2014 : ***Vinum 2013 - Allemagne : 17/20Tyson Stelzer – Australie – 2014 : 90/100Wine advocate – USA : 87/100Wine spectator – USA : 92/100Burghound – USA : 91/100

Dosnon Récolte Blanche
100% Chardonnay Fermented for 10 months in barrique Three years bottle aging Dosage: 5g/l Nicola OCT23: Rich, lush, almost lavish, really beautiful! Nicola: Burgundian style - Chardonnay with bubbles! Significant but well integrated barrel influence. Powerful, fresh and distinctive. ANDREAS DEZ22 (new label): clearly perceptible and very appetizing aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty-coconut but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace flower, refreshing acidity to counterbalance the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unexcited perlage, as always quite distinctive and bold, tooler food companion.
