Cadillac introduced the fourth generation of DeVille for the 1971 model year. This new generation of DeVille was offered as a coupe or sedan and was powered by a 7.7L V8 engine (8.2L from 1975). The fourth generation of DeVille was built until 1976, when it was replaced by the Fifth Generation Cadillac DeVille.
