In 1973, the Motor Trend car of the year was awarded to the newly re-styled Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The car was recognized not only for it new styling but also for its improved "Euro-Style" ride and handling. The standard radial ply tires, front and rear anti roll bars, all coil suspension and high caster steering.
The Landau was a new model for the Monte Carlo and featured a rear quarter vinyl roof, Turbine II wheels and driver and passenger sport rear view mirrors. The car presented at auction features the following:

- Chrome valve Covers, Intake and Alternator
- Custom dual exhaust
- Odometer reads 39675 believed to be original but not confirmed
- Cold Air conditioning
- Cruise control
- Swivel bucket seats that are not original to the car
- Tires 215/65 R15 Front, 255/60 R15 Rear
- Car is in great driving condition
- The original intake 2 barrel carb, valve covers and air cleaner go with the car.
