This 1987 Chevy Silverado 4×4 short bed show truck has received a complete frame off rotisserie restoration performed on a rust free Southern truck. It has been completely disassembled and rebuilt from front to rear using only the best parts. This truck is a fresh as they come and the bodywork and black paint are something else.

Getting Chevy to look this good was no simple feat. After removal from the frame, the body was completely stripped down to bare metal and expertly worked from front to rear in order to get it as straight as it is. After hours and hours of blocking, a shimmering two stage black paint job was laid down. No matter where you look, this truck is mint. The wheel wells, the undercarriage, everything is clean as a whistle and refinished to the nines.

The truck has a big lift and rides on 44 inch Super Swampers that are fitted to Mickey Thompson wheels. The suspension is a SkyJacker set up and this truck sits way up there. The Chevy has power front disc brakes and rear drums and extra smooth power steering. It’s easy to drive and it’s hard not to have fun rolling down the road it the beast.

The engine is rebuilt Chevy 396 bored .30 over with a March Serpentine system complete with AC. The exhaust system has long tube headers and a throaty 3" Magnaflow set up that loud enough to let them know you are coming, but far from overbearing. The cooling system consists of a BeCool Radiator with dual electric fans and has no problem keeping up with high ambient air temps. The transmission is a rebuilt 4-speed Muncie M-21 and the rear differential has a posi 4.11 Confederate rear end.

Can you find a nicer one?
