Did Aston Martin just launch the best-looking car on sale right now?

It’s a model designation that symbolises Aston Martin’s consistent pursuit of the most exciting driver’s car, all wrapped up in an effortlessly stylish package. Rest assured, the newly-released Vantage follows suit, and we’re just a little bit in love…

656 horsepower. Almost 100 more than the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT, and nearly 50 more than Ferrari’s glorious Roma. As for that supercar-stomping Porsche 911 Turbo S you just ordered? It’s sadly not as powerful as the all-new Aston Martin Vantage either.

Of course, power isn’t everything, but Aston’s fresh-faced ‘baby’ model is a far cry from the generations prior, offering drivers an exhilarating driving experience from the get-go. While it may not look too dissimilar, especially from the rear, to its predecessor, which carried a huge amount of equipment over from Mercedes-AMG, that is no more. With this updated Vantage, Aston Martin have signed a new agreement with its German engine supplier, allowing far more control over enhancements and development, hence the incredible power figures.

More key updates include a very DB12-inspired interior, bringing much needed improvements in both technology and styling to the cabin. Like every new Aston, it’s easy to spend hours trawling through the thousands of paint options on offer, but we’ve opted for a stylish combination that might go against the grain of many.

The exterior is draped in Q’s Silver Birch Provenance shade, combining Aston’s heritage with a modern twist, while the interior space adds some colour in the form of Bitter Chocolate, with the all-important satin carbon fibre performance seats. The result is a stunning blend of elegance and commanding road presence, and enough power to give almost any supercar on sale right now a run for its money!
