I was planning to buy a Silver, Obsidian or Nebula Gray Pearl one with the Rioja Red interior, but I wanted to see a Matador Red Mica one first. I've never seen one on the road.

Luckily, there happened to be exactly one Matador Red Mica IS 350 F-Sport RWD among the 4 Houston dealerships. The next Red one is a month away still being built in Japan.

It's a pretty unique color & different from the GS's Riviera Red.
It looks maroon in the shade & bright red in the sunlight.

It also has extra 3M Paint protection on the hood and side mirrors & also window tint.

Congrats! Not sure how much longer Matador Red Mica will be around. The RX just dropped it, and the CT and RC are slated for a new more "arrest me red" similar to the old IS300 Absolute Red. Probably only a matter of time before this new red hits the IS color palette too

Congrats on the 3IS and such a rare color. Loved MRM on my 2IS and CT and figured I just needed a change with the 3IS, otherwise it would have been MRM again!

I always say, if they don't come out with USB, which I expect to come out after they release the ISF. I would get MRM. Great choice
