Sign up today by calling our Customer Contact Center or by visiting one of our convenient CNB of Texas locations. Once you have signed up to receive your e-statement, the process is easy and secure!
- Each month you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your e-statement is ready.
- Simply click on the link provided in the e-mail and enter your unique username and password.
- e-statements are displayed in the same format as a paper statement.

Q: How do I sign up for e-statements?
A: Visit one of our convenient bank locations or contact our Customer Contact Center at 972-938-4300, and speak to a personal banker about signing up to receive e-statements.
Q: Why are e-statements safer than paper statements?
A: When you sign into CNB’s secure network to review your statements, you do not have to worry about someone else accessing your statement because only your personal username and password will give you access. You do not have to worry about your statement getting lost in the mail or stolen out of your mailbox.
Q: How will I know when my e-statement is ready?
A: You will receive an email notifying you that your statement is ready. Click on the link provided and enter your username and password.
Q: Will I be able to save my e-statements to my computer?
A: Yes! Save a copy to your hard drive. You can also print your statement from any computer.
Q: Will I still receive my paper statement once I sign up for e-statements?
A: Once you sign up for e-statements, you will no longer receive your paper statement.
Q: What if my email address changes?
A: It is your responsibility to notify Citizens National Bank of Texas if your email address changes at anytime.
