They are knowingly falsifying their service guarantees, failing to fill services when paid, failing to renew, and then if you complain enough they will just turn off your service, or reject your call to customer service attempting to resolve the issue. This is a fraudulent operation operating within the US and I would recommend anyone who would consider joining them to steer clear. Issues I've had with them:

- They cannot auto-renew your account due to some error in their system and they will refuse to renew until your billing period is complete so if you run out of minutes you must pay for a complete month worth of service to continue.
- Text messages simply not working for long periods of time.
- International calls not working, multiple callbacks to have me turn on/off my phone which does nothing to fix the issue.
- Double billing from their end (CHECK YOUR STATEMENT).
- Customer service will not transfer you to managers because there are none.
- They advertise unlimited data but they will 100% throttle your account and moreover not allow hotspot so you are stuck using your shitty service on the phone or nothing.

- The most aggravating which I'm dealing with right now.. If you complain enough, they will simply shut off your service even if paid.

My service works so slow or nothing at all, and calls keep dropping, the people working there are not knowledgeable and have a broken English. The website kept saying error when I tried changing my account info, overall bad experience, I would not recommend this company.

    Apparently this company purchases its headphones/microphones from Goodwill Industries as is evident in the fact that the person is unintelligible. Simple as that. Ironic, eh? For a communication company....I give up on Page Plus. Originally they were great; now their charges are inaccurate. I am heeding the advice of previous reviewers (shocking to see the 97% negative total) and going elsewhere.

    Have been with PP for over 10 years, even got my family on it. Then, problems started as soon as they got bought up by Tracfone. Like other reviewers have noted, pay for service, don't get any of it. My husband needs his phone for work, but he never has minutes, no text, no internet, even after refilling the day before. Atrocious customer service, no one speaks English, no more chat available, no available personnel to even answer the phone. Finally switched to Mint, so happy I did, though getting the number ported was a bit of a project...and I was totally fine with switching my phone number. Walk away now, avoid the headache, and get what you actually pay for.

    I don't think I can use Page Plus any longer. We paid for a $25 plan and they stole most of the money. The $25 plan is supposed to give me 416 minutes for 4 months. After 2 months of usage, during which I placed 76 minutes worth of phone calls, sent 3 texts, and used a negligible amount of data (31 MB), they said I had no money left and basically cut my service. I used 31.642 MB of data ($0.05 per MB) 76 minutes of phone calls ($0.06 / minute) and 3 SMS texts ($0.05 each). Do the math and you can see that I was robbed. Should be $1.58 for data, $4.56 for calls and $0.15 for texts. Should total $6.29. How come there is only $0.80 left on my phone? Where is the rest of the $25? PagePlus representatives don't seem to know. They were unwilling to help me at all and wouldn't offer any refunds.

    Dealing with Page Plus, in regards to transferring my number to a new provider was a nightmare! Customer service kept transferring me to their "Customer Service Portal Department ", which had a auto message stating there was not enough customer service representatives to answer the call. Needless to say, I am still waiting for them to release my phone number!

    Worst cell phone company. They teamed up with Verizon and decided to mess up the service of countless customers. They strung me along and like other reviewers on here, had me doing hours of troubleshooting over a period of 2 months and every single person I talked to gave me a different explanation of the problem (all LYING and talking out of their **). I had no service throughout this entire time. They even had me buy another sim card to see if that might work but I didn't receive it so I had to order another one and they refused to refund me the price of the first sim card.

    After calling customer service and being played with over two months, I was told to find a different carrier because I would never get service with them after their IDIOTIC service update, so I did. The customer service rep Randell specifically told me to switch my service and port my number to my new company so I don't lose it, then to call PagePlus back to be refunded the $19 I still had on my balance.

    I called customer service today and talked to Shondra to be refunded the $19 I still had in my account and SHE REFUSED TO ISSUE ME THE REFUND. She just kept repeating like a robot that she can't issue me my refund because I don't have a number with them (remember, I had been told to port my number out before being refunded the $19 so I wouldn't lose my number). She also REFUSED to transfer me to a supervisor, just like another reviewer on here mentioned. They probably told her to refuse refunds to all customers so this lying, fraud committing company can just STEAL CUSTOMER'S MONEY. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY EVEN ONE CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. All they do is LIE to customers and STEAL YOUR MONEY and provide no service.

    Called because no phone service. 1st agent pretty much told me to go outside to make a call. I called back hoping to get someone who would help but just the opposite. They had me doing all sorts of troubleshooting and ruined my phone. I can not call or text at all now. Worse of all they passed me around and refused to get a supervisor. I think they enjoyed antagonizing me. DON'T SUBJECT YOURSELF TO IDIOTS TO SAVE A BUCK!!!

    I received a few texts and e-mails alerting me that my 3G/non-VoLTE network phone and SIM card I rely on is being shut down on 12/31/22. They said they have a free phone replacement if I call that is combatable. I ordered a phone that will be delivered on 12/23/22, which is 8 days before the VoLTE network kicks in. On 12/17/22, they shut down my service with no warning that they are switching networks earlier than proposed! I can't make or receive calls and I had $3.88 worth of minutes left that I can't use. I called Page Plus on 12/18/22, and they said there is nothing they can do until I get the new phone. So the minutes I have paid for I can't even use!! Very deceitful. Leading me to believe I had to the 31st of December to make the switch.

    Always seem to have issue actually paying my bill, when I don’t pay it before it’s actually due, then I have to call to have it manually turned back on every time, customer service sucks. Literally just called twice, one lady told me she couldn’t transfer me to anyone else, hung up, called back, get told the pin I gave the first person was wrong, then they say they don’t have access to their online accounts at all to help me back into so I can pay my bill early. Who has a website but doesn’t have any access to it? I’m over the entire company and plan to change to a new provider.
