    Road Test

The Navigator is a Ford Expedition for the country-club set. Although the ride is reasonably comfortable, the Navigator feels less agile than the Expedition. Its brakes are just marginal. Getting in and out requires agility, and parking and maneuvering this huge SUV can try your patience. On the positive side, acceleration is strong with the 5.4-liter V8's 300 hp, and towing heavy loads is a breeze.
