2015 C4 of Year Finalist
Default 1990 White/ red Corvette

Bought a 1990 C4 last week. Think I got it for a good price. $14,000.00 with 11,637 miles. Beautiful vehicle. Took it in for service. $252.00 and a week later, I drove it home. No problems found. New tires and stored with all fluids replaced each year. Award winning vehicle a couple of months ago. I hope I did good. It sure feels good to be back in a corvette.

Looks like small money for an essentially new C4. My brother bought a '89 vert for $15k last year with 15K miles. Super cream puffs are in a different league.

1990 is a great year. Totally unique wheels, interior and exterior combination as we all know. I'm in the minority, but I like the original styling and the L98. That combo restored Corvette performance and was I remember as the most competitive against it's pears. White and red is awesome too.

More pics are in order mister!

Found it on Craigslist of all places. Rejected my offer, then could not sell it go to just anyone. Even people that offered a lot more for it. The person said I fit the car, so when I called her back to see if it was still available and offer more, before I could say anything, she took my original offer. It was her husbands car and he died.

I got my polo green 1990 Z-51 two years ago with 6023 miles. Had to do some mech. maint. and exterior detail. Have won 12 awards at judged shows in the last two years. It is a wonderful car. You did well! I am now up to 10020 miles.

Default 94 Vert

Welcome to the club! That looks like a snow shovel in the back of the garage! I bought my 94 6 SP about 17 months ago for $14500 with 22500 on the O.D. I now just turned over 25000 miles. I love to drive it or just look at it.

Found this 86 convertible with red interior last year. 32,000 miles for 12k. So far, no problems.

There's quite a few people on CF that think no matter what a person buys a C4 for they somehow overpaid. I'm not one of them as it all boils down to what you the buyer is willing to part with. I think you did GREAT on buying that car. Looks to be in excellent condition with exceedingly low miles, even the weatherstripping looks good. If I were in the market for a car like that I'd gladly pay that price. Mint condition C4's (or mint condition anything that's 20-30 years old) are getting harder and harder to find it seems. Of course we're going to need more pics of the car/engine bay/interior etc etc. Did any of the original paperwork come with the car as well? How's it optioned? Details man...we need details

I understand it won a emasculate award a couple of months ago, but she did not give the award with the car. I saw the trophy and it was nice. .Yes, the weatherstripping is in wonderful shape, I work for a weatherstrip company and was able to repair a couple of areas needing help. Engine, will take pics of it and submit them this week. I have put 150 miles on it since I bought it. It does however has a seat belt light on and a light on the IP. I understand it is a know issue for the 1990 model. The ground wire may be the issue. Need to look into it.
