Andres found this Defender outside of Madrid last year; it’s path back here to Virginia has seen it undergo body and paintwork as well as restoration of the chassis and driveline. Next up is the interior.
This 1993 Defender 110 has been refinished in Land Rover’s Bronze Green and offset with Limestone-colored roof and wheels. Equipped with tall-skinny 235/85/16 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tires on deep-offset 16” wolf wheels. Bodywork features fresh rivets on the carefully prepared bodywork. Fully rebuilt 200Tdi, transmission, and transfer case. The high-range transfer case helps the truck cruise at 75mph at lower RPMs, improving fuel efficiency and extending engine life.
