This was a two day process between shopping the vehicle and agreeing on the deal on the first day and then coming in on the 2nd day to complete the purchase paperwork. The purchase paperwork process could use some improvement as I was there for almost 5 hours just for the purchase paperwork. The delivery process was done by Paige and she was very good at her job, she was thorough, patient and good at her . Overall, I was happy with the purchase experience.

Unfortunately, this was my worst car buying experience and it still isn’t over. I came into DeNooyer looking to buy a vehicle. My sales rep had to order one from another dealership, and I ended up having to order rims because there wasn’t an exact vehicle that I wanted. Every time I would call or text my sales rep, I wouldn’t get a response back till the next day or no response at all. I need the rims put on my truck quickly since I was leaving town for a new job (which the salesman knew). When the rims did finally come in, I only knew because I was proactive and called the parts department to schedule an appointment. My sales rep didn’t respond to my calls until the day after I got the rims installed. I bought a 2024 high country, which is Chevy’s top of the line pickup, four days after I bought the truck, I noticed there was a problem with the grill/bumper not lining up correctly. Again I called my sales rep with no response so I went to Denooyers autobody location and it was not able to fixed same day. I have tried calling the autobody shop multiple times with now answer or response to my messages. Now it’s 4 weeks past my original purchase date, and I finally have an appointment to get the grill fixed on a brand new 70K truck. If I knew I could get all my money back, I would return the vehicle and go back to Ram. I love the truck, but dealing with DeNooyer has left an awful feeling in my stomach.

From the moment I walked in cold -- with no appointment -- I was immediately greeted and sitting down with a competent and professional saleswoman (Kirsten Changa) who quickly and quietly arranged for a test drive. No hype. No high-pressure sales. Just honest, knowledgeable attention to my needs and inquiries. Everyone I dealt with and could see going about their business exuded an air of competence, honesty, and forthrightness so utterly refreshing and confidence-inspiring (and, unfortunately, abysmally absent at most other car dealerships). They all were totally present when dealing with me, and answered my questions and educated me in things I didn't understand in a kind and respectful manner. We were thrilled with the team at DeNooyer! We drove from NH (3.5 hours away) and would do it all over again! I was looking online when I saw the vehicle we ended up buying. Sammy G. called within the hour of me submitting my contact information (it was early evening) to answer all my questions about the vehicle, I had seen online. If he couldn’t answer any question, he told me so and said he would have a salesperson call me first thing in the morning. Gene…our salesperson was great! Thru text., email or call…no issues getting a hold of him! Mamood in financing took his time with us, but didn’t drag the paperwork on either. He answered any questions we had with purchasing and registration of our new truck, NH is very different than NY. The people I mentioned above went above and beyond! I highly recommend them! I am not new to buying vehicles and have had to walk out of dealerships before, in total frustration of waiting around…while this salesperson talks to his manager then they disappear again only to have me wait again for another 20mins! We were thrilled with the team at DeNooyer! We drove from NH (3.5 hours away) and would do it all over again! I was looking online when I saw the vehicle we ended up buying. Sammy G. called within the hour of me submitting my contact information (it was early evening) to answer all my questions about the vehicle, I had seen online. If he couldn’t answer any question, he told me so and said he would have a salesperson call me first thing in the morning. Gene…our salesperson was great! Thru text., email or call…no issues getting a hold of him! Mamood in financing took his time with us, but didn’t drag the paperwork on either. He answered any questions we had with purchasing and registration of our new truck, NH is very different than NY. The people I mentioned above went above and beyond! I highly recommend them! I am not new to buying vehicles and have had to walk out of dealerships before, in total frustration of waiting around…while this salesperson talks to his manager then they disappear again only to have me wait again for another 20mins! That was not the case here. Let me also say I didn’t know the dealership or anyone associated with DeNooyer until I emailed them about the vehicle we purchased. Thank you guys! Mike and Michelle

They were great until they got there deposit!! I had an appointment to pick up my new truck and when i got there no one seemed to care that i was there!! Finance guy “Mike” is your best friend until you tell him you’re not interested in an extended warranty then his attitude changes quickly towards you!! I bought quite a few new vehicles and it happens all the time!! I get treated better at Home Depot buying lumber.
