Oddly enough having this tool on site sure made a difference in making the work easy! Very high quality tool, built to last! There was no need to communicate with the seller, so rating this aspect of service doesn't apply! However, because this transaction happened so fast, with that respect I'll have to at least give them the highest rating of 5-stars! The tool was correctly described!     Hinge kit

    The truck side brackets fit, the tailgate side would not. I was lucky my truck side were bent, and I leveled the metal Mount with 5 lbs sledge. The tailgate brackets had a big downward loop and because of this the bottom bolts wouldn’t line up. I put originals back on (with my daughter) leveled receiving cups with small sledge hammer, greased and with help reinstalled the tailgate. Works fine now, although I only used 1/2 the kit.

    Did not fit 2002 Chevy Avalanche

    Looks like it would be a great product but did not fit our 2002 Chevy Avalanche. The hinges themselves fit well but the sockets that attach to tailgate did not fit.
