Habe am 15.02.2024 Airbagsteuergerät gekauft und Verkäufer hat es angeblich am 15.02 2024 an mich verschickt. Nach einer Woche habe ich dort angerufen da sagte mir der Inhaber des Geschäftes er wäre 2 Wochen nicht da und ein Kollege mache es für ihn. Wollte sich zurück melden. Nichts kam. Ich rief nochmal an und dann sagte er mir das Paket sei zurück gekommen weil der Kollege es an eine Adresse geschickt hat. Er wollte es noch am selben Tag an mich schicken. 26.02.2024 noch kein Paket bei mir.

Hallo, bitte um Entschuldigung aber es läuft halt nicht immer alles nach Plan, und nach 10 Tagen mit Wochenenden und Feiertagen dazwischen gleich so eine Krawalle zu machen finde ich schon übertrieben. Ich hatte Urlaub und bin extra wegen dem 1 Paket in die Firma rein und es noch mal wegzuschicken und dann so eine Bewertung als Dankeschön, also nächstes mal bitte wo anders bestellen!
