Seller had good communication, even reached out to confirm what the part was that is was indeed the correct item. Part arrived on time and was in vary good used condition. It only had expected wear in paint at wiper blade contact points and they even included the hardware to mount it. Only gripe I have which is minor is that the wiper arm was only wrapped in cardboard and taped for shipping. I feel that the arm could have been damaged in transit if handled rough. Luckily it was not damaged.
