I placed an order with this company for €177. order never arrived. they don't want to offer a solution. don't buy anything here these are scammers!!

We prepared our customer's order completely on time and sent it via UPS. Although UPS stated that it delivered the package, the buyer claimed that he did not receive it. Thereupon, we initiated an investigation within the UPS company and the process continues. We stated to the buyer that we were following the issue. We even stated that he could contact his local UPS office to expedite the process. Despite all this, the buyer accused us of fraud and lying and threatened us in his own way. We always strive to satisfy our customers with both our products and service. Such malicious comments and approaches are unacceptable to us. Despite this malicious approach of our customer, we are unrivaled in this matter. If it turns out that he is right in his claim, we will of course compensate him for his losses.

Seller was very prompt with follow up (ordered piano black for my sprinter and cup holder piece was a little misaligned). Addressed the issue to my satisfaction. I’d recommend this seller and their product!
