This is an 18k yellow gold and gem-set Rolex Daytona 16568 Diamond Emerald. It includes an integral 18k yellow gold link bracelet with a folding deployment clasp and a domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a signed screw down Triplock winding crown with crown guards, screw down round chronograph push buttons, and a screw down solid case back. The 40mm diameter oyster shaped monobloc case, straight hooded lugs, bracelet, and angled pave bezel with 24-baguette diamonds, are polished /brushed. It has a fully pave diamond set dial with a large applied gold Rolex crown at 12 o'clock, applied gold Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, square-cut emeralds in gold chaton hour indices, and gold baton hour and minute hands with a gold center sweep second hand. It includes three recessed gold concentric-ringed mother-of-pearl compax-configured subsidiary dials with black Arabic numerals and markers, and gold indicator hands, including a small constant running seconds register at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour chronograph totalizer at 6 o'clock, and there is a 30-minute chronograph counter at the 3 o'clock position. This Rolex Daytona 16568 Diamond Emerald has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex/Zenith El Primero caliber 4030 column wheel chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 31 jewels, a blue Parachrom hairspring, an Incabloc shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperatures and 5 positions, a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, and Microstella regulating screws. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 36,000 vph (5Hz). The Rolex Daytona 16568 Diamond Emerald was introduced in 1994.
