great shot! thanks for posting that! i find it very odd that there seem to be more Qv's in euro spec with the shallow valance installed, than in the early years. my new to me 83 euro has the shallow front valance. ( i may buy a euro deep one anyway) i know the deep valance has a tendency to get beat up, but you would think there would be a conflict with the fit of the taller grille, thinner euro bumpers, and the shallow valance. i know if you take a USA spec car and add the euro deep valance, the bumper and grill have to be changed, yet they sold the cars with a thin euro bumper, a shallow USA valance, and the taller, wider euro grille ? weird. i will post pics in a week or so when mine arrives. please post some more pics of your car!
I'm going to have to strip my red one far enough to see what's underneath.....it's the darker one I think.......definately not the lighter Dino color of azzuro metallica of my lighter blue car.. I guess if I don't like it, it'll go back red! I was kindof kicking around one of the metallic reds though...
Gulf blue with an orange stripe??? My red car is chipping pretty badly I'll be able to see enough of it soon!

Hi, I am a Dutch 328 GTS owner, living in Spain. Mine is rosso corsa, although I looked for a blue one. Of course I am very happy with it, even if it's not the colour I preferred, wouldn't dream of repainting it. In the 328 factory brochure there is a blue GTS, I guess it's blu chiaro and it looks fantastic! Sorry for not being able to post the pictures at this moment, surely some of you have the brochure as well. Ciao

I wanted that car so badly when I was buying. Blu Chiaro is by far my favorite color. I still have a Motorcars International catalog from the '80s with one listed for sale. Couldn't bring myself to pay what they were asking for the MI car when I was buying, especially since the Azzurro was a fraction of the price. Enjoy your car, you have a good one. Troy

I want to see lapis lazuri or the lapislazzuro as glasurit calls it on a car, that's a blue blue, the "blue of kings" as its known. I'm going to be re-painting the mondial soon and I'm looking for just the right blue, california azure has always been a favorite, but maybe something darker for the body style. never really wanted a red ferrari it was just what came up at the time for a good price.
