1958 Cadillac Coupe de Ville is an American Classic. In 1958 fender tips on the front and rear were added to make the Coupe de Ville look several feet longer than it is, however the over-all length only increased by an inch from the previous year. The grille was also upgraded and redesigned for 1958 model, adding 4 headlights and giving the car a much wider look. A Coupe de Ville can be distinguished by many difference features however one of the main attractions is the solid metal trim on the lower half of the projectile flares.
When the 1958 Coupe De Ville was very modern for its time and did not have many rivals or competitor in the luxury market, also during the recession owning one of these beauties was reserved for only the top elite families.
The 365 V8 engine is extremely strong and powerful and sounds absolutely magnificent.
