1977 Ford F-250

Just a couple of carefully chosen mods help take this gorgeous 1977 Ford F-250 to the next level.

Few vehicles on earth are as universally loved, sought-after, and beloved as the venerable Ford truck, and that’s especially true of pickups built in the 1970s. This golden era of Blue Oval haulers combines timeless looks with inherent simplicity and toughness that’s hard to beat, which is why they’ve become so popular in recent years not only with us enthusiasts but also with collectors. If you appreciate a mildly modded truck from this era, you’re sure to love this 1977 Ford F-250 that’s been completely redone by a company called Nobody Customs & Restorations.

This gorgeous-looking machine has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, but while Nobody made a few changes here and there, it still retains all of its original charms. On the outside, the builder started by giving the truck a laser-straight body with fresh blue and white two-tone paint, which is the best choice for these trucks, in our humble opinion. From there, Nobody added some old-school KC lights, as well as a spotlight, but little else.

The truck does sit a bit higher than stock thanks to a Skyjacker lift, which makes room for larger all-terrain tires. That modern rubber is wrapped around a set of original steel wheels also finished in white with chrome caps for a truly vintage look. The results of all of this, well, it speaks for itself with a truck that’s sure to win over the hearts of anyone who lays eyes upon it.

The interior of this 1977 Ford F-250 is equally clean and sanitary, with a mixture of blue and white in a cabin that looks brand new. There are no changes here, save for the addition of a new Classic Air A/C system. The interiors of these trucks were simple and clean, with no frills or unnecessary tech, and that’s the way we like them.

Under the hood is a different story, as this vintage F-250 is powered by a rebuilt 460 cubic-inch Ford V8, which was installed using L&L Products swap kit mounts. The engine bay, as one might imagine, is every bit as clean as the rest of the truck, making for one of the coolest ’70s F-Series pickups we’ve seen in a long time.
