Potentially dangerous or no, this feat is still pretty impressive.

Unique Setup

The Ford Super Duty remains an incredibly popular vehicle for a variety of reasons, but one of the most important is the fact that it's capable of towing massively heavy loads without breaking a sweat. We've seen Super Duty pickups pull just about anything one can imagine over the years, but this particular pickup might just be the first we've come across pulling another Super Duty, along with several other vehicles, as we can see in this video recently posted to the always-entertaining Reddit thread Idiots in Cars.

Scary Setup

Up front, we can see that this pretty unusual sight begins with a Super Duty pulling another Super Duty using nothing more than a ratchet strap, which seems like a bad enough idea on its own accord. However, that isn't the only thing that it's towing.

Full Train

Rather, the Super Duty that's being towed by the Super Duty is also towing a trailer loaded down with three other vehicles. The user that took the video and posted it noted that this train of machines was traveling down the highway at a cool 75 miles-per-hour, which isn't the kind of thing you want to be riding behind.

Don't Try This at Home

We imagine that the Super Duty being towed was previously hauling these vehicles on its own accord when perhaps it suffered some sort of mechanical failure, at which point it needed a bit of help. Obviously, this isn't the sort of thing that anyone will want to try and replicate at home, however.

Extremely Dangerous

With so much weight on that ratchet strap, it's a wonder that it didn't snap immediately under load, which could easily lead to total disaster for the driver or another vehicle nearby. Heck, we've seen this very same type of scenario prove fatal before.

Positive Result?

As far as we know, that didn't happen, and it seems as if this convoy made it to wherever it was going without incident. That's pretty impressive, but also lucky for those involved because things could have gone very, very wrong.
