The 2019 Genesis G90 has two engine options. You can opt for the 365-horsepower twin-turbo V6 or a 420-horsepower V8. These pair to an 8-speed automatic transmission. RWD is standard but AWD is available. Both engines provide about 17 city/24 hwy mpg.

The 2019 Genesis G90 has room for 5 people. The cargo space holds 16 cubic feet of room. Standard features include wireless device charging, an infotainment system, a 12.3-inch touch screen, sunroof, satellite radio, multiple USB ports, a premium 17-speaker Lexicon audio system, a navigation system and Bluetooth.

The 2020 Genesis G90 comes in two trim levels the 3.3T and 5.0 Ultimate reflecting what we saw for 2019. The starting prices will remain relative to the 2019 model as no major changes were made.

The 2020 Genesis G90 still features a sleek and stylish exterior design. It’s the epitome of luxury and deserves to be the flagship model. We expect to see many of the same exterior colors offered in 2019 on this year’s model. There should be no significant changes in the exterior dimensions either.

Both of the powertrains have carried over to the 2020 Genesis G90. In addition, they also feature the same 8-speed automatic transmission. While there aren’t any fuel economy numbers provided yet, we can’t see them changing, considering it is the same drivetrain and engine options.

The 2020 Genesis G90 cabin still has room for 5 people as well, but all of the interior materials have been upgraded. Standard technology includes a 12.3-inch touch-screen Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a navigation system, Bluetooth and wireless device charging.

The 2020 Genesis G90 features a higher-end cabin over the previous model. It reduced how many audio controls there are to improve user experience. This updates the feel and look. Seating is now covered with Nappa leather upholstery with some additional leather surfaces. Many of the features carry over including the split-screen system and wireless device charging.
2020 Genesis G90 Safety Features
We don’t know how the 2020 Genesis G90 will perform in crash safety testing but we imagine it will be even better considering that as newer models of the same generation debut the biggest upgrades come from technology, features and interior design. This includes rear-cross traffic monitoring, cyclist detection, safe exit assist, passenger knee airbags. In addition, most of the previous safety technology carries over into the new model.
