We had been looking for a Hybrid Honda CRV (AWD) for over a month, but the only ones we found with other dealerships were not on the lot due to low inventory. We called Honda Of Columbia and talked with John Nick who immediately went to work and found us 3 exact matches that were on the lot. That same day we left our home near Asheville and drove to Columbia to view the cars at Honda Of Columbia. My family has been buying from Honda of Columbia since the 1990's and we have purchased 7 cars over this time period (4 Accords, 2 Civics, 1 Fit). We have always received excellent service during and after the buying process and this includes any service on our cars. During these purchases we have worked with Mr. Leroy Doby on most of our purchases. . Mr Doby is always a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable and a great asset to this dealership. Mr Canaday with whom it was my first time working with on the financing of this purchase was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail and was readily willing to answer any questions we had about the financing process. All in all this was a great experience.

So happy to know that Leroy is still with you! I purchased my first Honda, which I still have, December 2011. He was super in answering questions, handling the sale as well as personalizing the settings for me when I took ownership. Whenever I bring the car in for service I always look for him to tell him this in person. While scheduling a service appointment today I took time to check out all the menu options on the website and found he is still with you!!! Hurray!! Wonderful gentleman to work with...ask for him.

They are courteous and thorough. They follow up well and kept me informed for delivery of the truck we ordered. The only issue was that the bed cover didn't arrive when or before the truck. So, I had to make an extra trip to get it out on. However, the service department was great in that installation and got me out quickly.

This is the third Accord I have purchased from Honda of Columbia. I’ve always been very happy with the vehicle and the service department. The time it took to complete the transaction seemed lengthy. After I finished with Ivee, I sat for about 20 minutes waiting to talk to finance. And once I was done with finance, it was probably another 30 minutes before I left the dealership. I was there over three hours so it seems like that could be streamlined some. But Ivee was great - very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like Finance could have presented the extended warranty options in another way - it seemed he was just telling me horror stories of all the exorbitant charges I could be responsible for because the new cars are basically computers and so much can go wrong and the best way to cover myself was to get the most expensive warranty. I walked out of there nervous my brand new car was going to get a virus and stop running in the first week. That’s too much information but that’s how I felt. All in all a good experience but could’ve been faster and maybe less negative info during the financing phase. That being said - I LOVE my new car!
