Late 70's Opel Manta Berlinetta SR, like this one https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1186410 ?
Doesn't it have ATS alloys?

No, I'm not sure. It was a question.

Even a partial view of the front or back would help.

The Vauxhall possibly hasn't got the badge or script on the lower front wing just visible in the movie?

Probably a Manta I think. I cannot quote any production figures but I think the coupe volumes for Vauxhall and Opel were closer than the saloon equivalents. My impression was that the Manta was very popular in my area.

Watching the video it is the Opel Manta, the number plate light is seen on the top of the bumper. The Vauxhall had the number-plate under the bumper unlike Opel, AFAIK, on all versions of Chevette and Cavalier.

Could be June 78 Silver 2 edition, based on Berlinetta with sunroof and "sports wheels", cost £4646. Normal Berlinetta had been merged with SR to become SRB in Aug 77, when side trim, vinyl roof and headlight wash/wipe added. May 78 SRB got tints and vinyl roof now relegated to option. SRB then became Berlinetta again in Oct 80, then 3-door took over most versions in Sept 82.

June 78 Silver 2 looks very possible.

"My Opel Manta was a 1979 Berlinetta 2.0 litre. It was one of a limited edition called the Silver 2, of which only 250 were produced, to mark the introduction of the new 2 litre engine, replacing the previous 1.9 litre. They were finished in silver with blue velour interior, ATS alloy wheels, tinted glass with top tint and factory fitted sunroof." from here.

There was also an Ascona Silver 2, same colour, interior and other additions, also June 78, cost £4261.
