DELTA TWP. – Buick is updating its popular Enclave crossover with a bronze-toned version called Tuscan that will go on sale this summer.

The Enclave Tuscan edition will be built at General Motors Co.'s Lansing Delta Township assembly plant, alongside sister crossovers Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia. It will be shown next week at the New York International Auto Show.

The Tuscan styling will be sold on the Enclave's leather and premium trims and comes in three exterior colors, GM said. It will carry a bronze grille and 20-inch chrome wheels with bronze accents.

"Buick's quality, refinement and style continues to attract more customers and this modern resurgence started with Enclave," Duncan Aldred, vice president of GM's Buick division, said in a statement. "It was a pioneer for three-row luxury crossovers and remains one of the segment's most popular. The new Tuscan edition celebrates Enclave's achievement and rewards owners with a higher level of distinction."

GM has not released pricing for the Tuscan version.

American car buyers bought 62,300 Enclaves in 2014.
