My only concern/reservation was the car was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus when in fact it did not meet the criteria when the service department conducted the inspection. Even on the day of purchase, the website still advertised the vehicle as certified. I was informed it was due to the tires on the vehicle. I would have preferred a certified pre owned car, As a result I purchased a warranty that I may not have if the vehicle was certified.

He was a pleasure to deal with by email, phone, and in person. Told him which car I wanted, he sent me a very fair offer and we said yes. Afraid there might be issues once we got there; but there weren't! Everything was just as promised and the sale went smooth. After the sale, Chad McLean helped us start to understand some of the long list of tech and features our new car has. The car is.... incredible! We're both blown away. Anyhow, wanted to post this review and thank Chris and Chad for their help and patience. The one thing that was nice is there were no "games" that I've been forced to deal with at other dealerships with rookie sales reps who no nothing about their products and are just hyper xxxxx of enthusiasm until you ask what should be a simple question. Not the case at this dealership.

Came in to purchase a specific Used vehicle I found online. I knew the price listed on line, and had a good idea of what my tarde may be worth. Once we checked out the vehicle and agreed to the parice and trade in. I assumed we were done. All we needed to do was write a check to pay you. But NO it took us about another two to three hours of waiting to meet with the "finance" guy. He did his Selling spree and we were finally out of there. I just don't understand why it takes so long to buy a car once we've agreed on the price and are ready to pay for it.

I flew in from Texas waited 45 mins in the lobby for help. Devyn Williams knew i was coming because they sent a driver to pick me up from the airport. The salesman had AirPods on while assisting me and two other customers at the same time. Sometime I don’t know if he is listening or not when I was talking to him since he had his AirPods. He apologize multiple times and I knew he wasn’t sorry as he was going back and forth between multiple customers. When he came back again first thing he said was “sorry, I had a customer waiting.” That made no sense since I am also the customer. It was very frustrating. I did not finance. I signed the papers, gave them a check and left. It took about 3.5 hours. I appreciate the sale of the car but the process when I landed needs improvement.

I initially was on the hunt for a new GX550 but they have been in high demand. Even so, Scott notified me once he saw one on the incoming list to keep.me posted. In the end, we went with a TX350 that was a great for our needs. Appreciate the attention to detail at every step of the process that Lexus of Sarasota provides.

We told the salesman up front that we had already obtained financing, yet it wasn't until sometime later after we were finally able to speak with finance person that we were told they wouldn't let us use our lender. I am an out of state purchaser.
I am an out of state purchaser. I have not been able to acquire a title to my car because the third-party title vendor you use did not send the tax check to the correct payee. I was not informed of the original delivery and only found that the paperwork had been delivered by responding to the last survey you sent. I was told I would be informed when the correct check was to be delivered but have not heard anything in several days. I have no title to my car and do not think this issue has been handled professionally. I have repurchased several cars from the previous dealer and was very happy with the service., but not so much from your dealership.
