Always embracing a challenge Lara debuted as a Fabulous 50's, Premier driver, $300,000 Unit Club, and Senior Director earning her the coveted title of ROOKIE OF THE YEAR. She went on to represent her unit's retail sales in the Half Million, $650, $700, and $800 Unit Clubs becoming Runner Up Unit to the Queen in 2012!

Her commissions have exceeded $2M ...her highest commission earned for one month was $43,000. She has led her National Area four times to the Gold Circle - an honor among her sister NSDs and the company.

    Always embracing the spirit of adventure, Lara never passes up an opportunity to hit the road for spontaneous weekends with her family and romantic trips with her husband, Ken. In May, she and Ken will be flying to Italy where they will explore the ancient city of Rome and the glorious beauty of Florence in Mary Kay style.

    Lara knows that nothing happens until somebody sells something and she has built her business on strong personal sales through the Ladder of Success Star Consultant Program. She transfers this skill to her area of more than 1200 directors and consultants as she empowers others to know that they too can HAVE IT ALL.
