1996 Ford F-150 – Jeff H.

I bought my F-150 from the owners of the company I worked for when it was 2 years old. I drove it daily and as it started to age I began making repairs. One thing led to another and I decided to go all out in 2016. I had a crate engine installed, 351 Cobra, a crate tranny, then found a great body guy. He had it 8 weeks, installed fenders, doors, almost everything exterior all from LMC. The bed was shipped from Texas and was pristine. I’m a huge Ohio State fan, so I chose Buckeye colors. I ... read more >>

1993 Ford Bronco – Jeremy W.

This Bronco is one that my son and I did in my garage. It was shot lots of body work and a motor later. We replaced all the brake line,s rebuilt the front end, put a 4 in" lift on it dual exhaust. We did this whole project in 6 months. This was a great learning lesson for a 16 year old boy. My dad and I did the same in the early 90's and I felt it was important for him to do the same. I can remember going through the LMC catalog with my dad. I was ... read more >>

1983 Ford F-100 – Tim S.

My brother bought this truck from the original owner in the late 90’s and didn’t do much to it but drive it until he sold it to my son in 2006. It is an XLT Lariat with AC, PW, PL, PS, PB and cruise. Original AM/FM Cassette. All in working condition. We did a slow roll resto on it for several years. New interior, paint and engine were the major stuff. Added an Edelbrock intake, Holley 4 bbl, mild cam and Hooker headers along with a new stainless exhaust when replacing the engine. Its been a labor of love ... read more >>

1981 Ford F-150 – Skylar S.

Every old truck starts from humble beginnings. This truck looks older than it is. Most people ask if it is an early 70’s Ford. I suppose it has seen many adventures and the previous patina showed wear beyond its years. This truck was found by my father in a field with flat tires and weeds growing out of it. It was purchased with the sole purpose as the pay it forward truck. Allowing those less fortunate than us to borrow it when they needed it and to help people move. It’s old soul grew on everyone and soon became ... read more >>

1982 Ford F-100 – Vince M.

My 1982 Ford F-100 was given to me by my father. He bought the truck brand new in 1982. After having a few health issues he was unable to drive any more. So after sitting for several years the truck had a lot of work that needed to be done. The original color was red and maroon with black interior. This restoration took me nine years. It could have never gotten done without LMC. From lights to bumpers to steering wheels to mirrors and handles, LMC had everything I needed. Thanks LMC for helping me restore my father's truck! ... read more >>

1990 Ford F-250 – Phil A.

This truck was purchased new by my dad in the fall of 1989. Custom ordered and his first Ford. Being a self-employed sign painter and pinstriper, naturally the truck was used as his advertisement. The hand-done pinstriping was done down the sides, bug deflector, and tailgate. A bed cap was installed and lettered. The hubcaps were replaced with Alcoa stainless simulators. In 1992 with a 4th child on the way, his beloved captain's chairs and center console were removed in place of custom seats with a drop-down center seat. Other than that, the truck remained fairly stock and meticulously ... read more >>

1996 Ford F-350 Dually- John S.

I bought the truck from Halliburton Oil Company for $800 at a local auction. I own a diesel repair and custom build shop and never had time for my own projects. The truck ended up sitting around the shop parking lot for over 2 years before I decided to axle swap it and convert it to a 4x4. It then sat around for almost another year before I came across a mint condition dually bed and decided it was time to do something with it. I finally made a dedicated spot in the back corner of the shop and ... read more >>

1987 Ford F-150 – Denis D.

I have never owned or worked on a truck in my life. but I have always wanted to learn how to restore and maintain an old truck. So I found this old '87- got it on the cheap since it was rusted up pretty bad. Spent my winter nights (and many days) working in my shop up north in Canada. I learned to weld and do bodywork. Patched both fenders, both sides of the floorpans, the firewall, both cab corners and even the roof. I replaced all rusted parts and gave it a needed tune-up. I stripped the entire ... read more >>

1993 Ford F-150 – Bruce C.

Found it on Facebook Marketplace 3 weeks ago. This body style has always been my favorite and to top it all off, the truck is fully loaded and all of the options actually work. I've always been a fan of black vehicles because, in black, they don't seem to age. With a buddy of mine, we've already performed a bunch of errands for folks in our small community who otherwise wouldn't dare ask anyone with a truck to do for them. We're having fun.

1984 Ford F-150 – Michael H.

My truck story began when a good friend of mine asked me if I’d like to purchase his great-grandfather's 1984 F-150 that his grandfather passed down to him when he died. I knew it was a fixer upper when I bought her but I knew in the long run it’d be worth all of it. When I bought the truck it was overheating, skipping, shifting very hard, and only ran on 4 cylinders! So three months down the road after shaving the head, getting a new carburetor, new radiator, dual headers and dual exhaust with thrush mufflers, she is ... read more >>

1987 Ford F-150 – Kyle H

My grandfather bought this truck in 1987 to replace his Chevrolet Celebrity. He always said, "if you take care of your truck, it will take care of you." My grandfather was a stickler about maintenance on his vehicles and this truck was no exception. He regularly changed fluids, packed bearings, changed filters, etc., and his maintenance shows through to this day. When my grandfather passed in 2010, the truck was passed on to my cousins to drive back and forth to school. This truck served my oldest cousin until he graduated high school then was passed on to his ... read more >>
