1972 Chevy C10 – Eric B.

Well, the story started in 2015 in a small Texas town of camaron just northeast of Austin. I saw the truck on-line and knew that it was what I wanted. It had the stance, the color and the classic c10 look. I purchased the truck and it had a nice set of headers, large tires, and a great sounding exhaust. Since purchasing the truck we have enjoyed several long drives in the country and recently relocated to San Antonio where on a nice weekend it can be found cruising the hill country and of course cruising the latest car ... read more >>

1986 Ford-Jaron K.

Me and my grandpa started this project last October. We bought a 4x4 1984 truck took down to frame and painted it. Took my grandpas 1986 truck 2wd and took cab and bed off of it and put on the 4x4 frame. We put a 4 inch suspension lift on it and went through the front end and rebuilt it so it is brand new. We changed the gears in it from 355 to 410s My uncle painted it and did body work to it and had new upholstery put in it. Then to top it off we put 37's ... read more >>

1979 Ford F100-Bryan C.

Bryan found this 1979 Ford F100 on a Craigslist ad. The previous owner was selling the engine and drivetrain with a “free truck”. Bryan fell in love with the low quality picture. They drove an hour and a half south to negotiate the deal. Bryan talked the previous owner into cutting his price in half. Thirty minutes later they were driving back home. While on the turnpike the MSD ignition stopped for no reason shooting a fireball out the back at Bryan’s girlfriend, who was following him in their Camry. She immediately called him to say, “Told ya so!” Bryan ... read more >>

1978 Ford XLT Bronco-William S.

All my life I have been very fond of the Ford Bronco. It has always been my favorite Ford truck since my father purchased this 1978 Ford Bronco XLT Ranger when I was seven years old. After my father owned the vehicle for thirty-one years, he gave it to me as a restore project. It has a 351/400M engine with a C6 automatic transmission. As it sat, the Bronco was pretty much rust free due to being garage-kept and not driven for sixteen years prior to my father giving it to me. The restoration was done by Richard Shelly of ... read more >>

1975 Ford F100-John B.

John's truck was purchased brand new in Alaska. After the original owner passed away and no one in the family wanted it, John was approached about buying the truck. With a history of tinkering on cars, John was their only choice or the Ford was headed to the scrap yard. The family told John that it was a 4x4 Ford with a manual transmission. John has always been more of a GM guy, but he liked the sound a four wheel drive with a stick. The family told John that the truck was "almost roadworthy." John offered a little over ... read more >>

1979 Ford F150-Jeff V.

Growing up, camping trips were the highlight of my summers. We would camp in Northern Michigan with my grandparents. My grandfather purchased a 1979 F150 Camper Special to tow the camper each summer. I had many memories sitting in between my grandparents as we drove from campground to campground. I was born in 1979 and had a strong attachment to the truck and the memories that came with it. I was always in love with that truck and as I got older I had told my family that I'd really like that truck someday. I went to college and my ... read more >>

1980 GMC – Allan B.

Bought this truck in Victoria BC in 1980. It had a camper that matched and I wanted to spend winters in Mexico. The original owner had just made it ready to travel and had a stroke. Suited my wants perfectly. Toured almost all of North America for some 20 years. Subsequently ended up in Nova Scotia in 2002. On the east coast, there is a great deal of salt used on the roads and rust set in rather quickly. Met a chap with a restoration background and a three-car garage and we set about the restoration. It took us ... read more >>

1974 Ford F100-Randy R.

It’s a daily driver that I have had since 2011 when my son brought it home on a trade. We redid the interior, repainted the truck the same color it was, replaced the engine and I been driving it ever since. I wanted one in 1974 when I was a freshman in high school and finally got one.

1986 Ford F150-Jim P.

1986 F-150 Lariat with a 302-5.0 fuel injected V-8. In 2013 I found the truck while mowing an acre of land for a lady from church. Her father had purchased the truck new and owned the truck until he passed away in 2005 at which time she drove the truck occasionally but then parked it under a shed in 2009. I checked out the truck and felt it had potential for restoration back to the original condition, so I purchased the truck. To get the truck started it took a new battery, cleaned the carburetor, drained the old gas and ... read more >>

1980 Chevy C10 – Shane M.

I have a 1980 C10 that I started to restore back in May. It has 60,000 original miles and has a LS1 engine swap. The truck is painted medium like green and polar white, both factory colors for this body style. Everything that was taken off was either replaced or refurbished. The truck has every option that was available in 1980 except intermediate wipers.
