The service, and the staff were simply amazing. Very courteous, very thorough and above all very patient. They explained everything from beginning to and regarding The lease and all the documentation. Armando, my sales representative went through the car and made sure I knew how everything worked and showed me the guidebook and helped me along with setting up my Chevrolet app and my phone. The financial manager, Larry was very thorough and helping to explain where every penny of my money was going to. Greg Hess, the manager Has an awesome sales staff, and made this first time buying experience for me as a widow, truly, very professional, and very easy. I would highly recommend the staff again to anybody who needed help and who is not completely Knowledgeable about car purchases.

The way the deal went down did not sit well with me because they were willing to kill it over $25.00 a month on the payment. /this is the 3rd car we've leased there and it will be the last. The manager that came out made me feel he did not care about my repeat business because he actually didn't care. I am enjoying the truck and was looking forward to another lease in February 2024. Wasn’t really impressed with the service at the sales
Wasn’t really impressed with the service at the sales portion of the dealership or communication after the purchase. Took forever to get my loan processed (over 30 days) and items that were supposed to come with the vehicle. Never did get my Chevrolet rewards points, license plate mount even after follow up emails. Also I had to set up onstar service on my own days later as there was a “glitch” my account at the dealer so they couldn’t help me. However, I have never had a Chevy vehicle before or owned a gm product. Just really not really impressed at all, but prices were ok, and they have a large inventory. Those are really the only two good things though so don’t expect much else in the way or customer service.

Very disappointed on Mark Christopher Auto Center. Purchased a Used 2018 AWD Traverse signed all documents AND RECEIVED BILL OF SALE . I personally seen that the 2018 Traverse had an oil leak and they were going to fix it and be ready in next day BUT NEEDE INSURANCE BEFORE I CAN DRIVE IT OFF. So I go 3 days later and they tell me bad news and lender wants about $6000 down payment before I take the vehicle. Been trying to get hold of MR LLOYD BEARDSLEY WHO WAS TOLD BY GREGG THAT MR LLOD WAS BUSY OR HE IS NEVER THERE. Then on Thursday I find out they still running my credit while I’m at home and NOT AT DEALER I BELIEVE THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW . Mr GREGG ALSO STAED TO ME THAT WHAT I HAVE TOLD HIM AND STATED HERE ARE MY SUPPOSELY CONSPIRACY THEORYS NEED HELP
