Beautiful convertible top and interior!

We purchased the car on April 28, 2007 from a member of a local MG club. Here are the facts about this car:
Russet Brown exterior, paint in very good to excellent condition, no body damage. Car has always been garaged and covered. Minor dent on chrome trim front left fender. Rear license tag light covers(2) are separated from light housings, but have all parts.
Interior tan/black. Carpet excellent. Dash excellent. Door panels excellent. Seats worn, need recovering.
Convertible top excellent, with crystal clear windows.
Tires look new, no rot or wear.
Brakes excellent.
Transmission excellent.
Electrics excellent, no problems noted.
Battery is 3 years old, should be replaced.
Vehicle glass excellent, but there is a small linear crack in windshield, roughly 1.5 inches in length. Driver and passenger door glass excellent and window operators good working condition.
Vehicle mileage: 125917.
Engine was running rough last time I drove vehicle. I've been told it may be a problem with engine crankcase ventilation?
Spare tire, original jack and tool.
New black convertible top boot cover.
New black tonneau cover.
