We saw an add for a truck online that was what we were looking for, 3/4 ton, 4x4, long bed, white, not too new but not too old, but it didn't have photos and the price seemed a little low compared to other similar trucks we had been looking at. We sent a contact me request and requested photos and additional info about the truck. Jesus contacted us and provided photos and additional details and we ultimately decided to come take a look at the truck. It was a little rough around the edges as it hadn't been thoroughly prepped for sale yet, but we were able to negotiate a fair price and left satisfied with our experience. The truck cleaned up MUCH better than I think we had expected it would and when all was said and done we felt like we got a VERY good deal for the exact truck we were looking for.

I purchased my 2022 Silverado back in February and I've been waiting on parts since I bought it and due to ownership change I was lost in the system but when I came in today for an oil change my service advisor James Gregg got everything figured out and I have another appointment this week to get everything tooken care of.

Service advisor who helped me was friendly and professional. I did feel she was offering additional services that appeared to be marginal given mileage. I was disturbed she asked if I wants a transmission flush since a flush does not appear to be recommended by GM but does add to revenue to the dealership. I had an SUV with a GM transmission the fell apart after a transmission flush. A few days earlier I called and talked to a different service advisor who quoted me $350 for a transmission drain and filter replacement. He knew I had a Silveado. When I dropped of my truck it was $450. A little sticker shock shock but I needed the service. The next day after service I received coupons that would have saved me over $45. That's on me.

We've been servicing our truck here for years, and everyone is professional, helpful, and timely. Also love the waiting lounge with coffee/snack bar.
