This was one of the few dealership where the internet sales associate was transparent and efficient. Andrew Brown was especially helpful. He sent me the information I requested in a timely manner. He was transparent with all associated taxes and fees. And he answered my questions about the car. He connected me with the General Manager, George, who helped with all my other questions including my trade in. Finally Jake, the associate who handled financing was very thorough and patient, answering all of my questions as well. It really was a great experience.

The others were either indifferent (like, "were they even trying to sell me a car?" kinda bad) or they were just too pushy and wanted all my contact information before we even looked at a vehicle on the lot. Like bro, you have no business knowing my driver's license and personal contact info unless we close a deal..chill. I finally decided that I shouldn't just go to the closest dealer near me and made the far drive to Norm Reeves in West Covina after looking up some reviews. Best decision ever. Great experience right as I walked into the dealership! I was greeted by Francisco Alvarez, who was both friendly and helpful in getting right to the heart of the matter, which was to get me the exact car I wanted. He was more then willing to sit down with me to look over the numbers and went the extra mile to make sure my car had exactly what I was looking for as far as color, additional features, etc. If you are shopping for a car, I actually suggest you try other places first so that you can see the difference in quality of service when you finally come here. It makes you realize how much better Norm Reeves is compared to them and why they got all their good reviews!

My wife and I purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot Trailsport on 08/06/2023. We had been looking at vehicles all evening at various other dealers and decided on West Covina Honda after later discovering their inventory online. The fact that we arrived at the dealership after closing time didn’t discourage your excellent team. We were acknowledged promptly by staff but realized everyone was extremely busy finishing up with other customers on a Sunday night. However, several members of your team assured us not to worry as they would certainly take care of us as soon as possible. In short, we all were patient with each other and stuck around for a wonderful overall experience. Gabe Torres in sales was genuine, accommodating and professional as he guided us through the whole process serving our needs and negotiating a fair price. Amer ‘Jake’ Dababneh followed through with the financing and was also a pleasure to deal with. What a great experience! First time buying a car
First time buying a car and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) who was friendly, informative, and most importantly did not make me feel pressured. I drove two cars , asked many question and some over again and he answered all of them. Left having an idea of what car I wanted but wanted to “shop around”. Next day ended up at another Honda dealership where none of my questions were answered, felt embarrassed to ask questions and feeling as though I was inconveniencing them. So I went right back to Ricardo, sat down and asked all the questions I had( had my credit score explained to me, reviewed my car payments, reviewed down payments over and over until it made sense to me) and got my car !!! If you’re looking for a car and don’t know where to start Ricardo and Honda West Covina is the place to go. I got the car I wanted and I don’t have a horror story feeling taken advantage of/ripped of/lied to which is just as important. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ricardo V.

Management does not care about their own customers. The salesman Alfredo Pena was dishonest with me about the prior history of a used vehicle. 2 weeks after I bought the car I started receiving malfunction errors on the infotainment system. This led me to discover damage on my vehicle which was caused by an accident that Norm Reeves knowingly denied to tell me. I took the car in to see if they would fix the damages and Erick Ramos and management denied to fix them, stating you bought it “as is”. Obviously they only care about the bottom line and not their customers. Avoid this dealership.
