This Vegas based Notchback is quite the looker.
Featured in Hot VWs Magazine in 2015.
This is a very clean driver quality build that has a lot of cool factor to it with the
choice of colors, accessories and the fact that it is a very rare Australian spec car with right hand drive!
Pop that door open and how cool it is to see that wheel on the "wrong side" for us folks in the US.
Interior is very unique with red and tan plaid, tan rugs, white headliner and black controls.
The dash looks fantastic, the GTV style steering wheel is a nice touch as well.
The car also features a mega-rare type 3 tachometer

Well trimmed under the trunks
The engine is a 1955cc built by OldSpeed using CB Performance heads and dual Dellorto 40 DRLA carbs.
ISP "Over-Under" exhaust with heater boxes.
Trans has been rebuilt and is very clean.
Chassis looks very solid under here.
The onwer does state that it is not the original chassis for this body,
it was swapped many years back when still in Australia and is offically stamped by their DMV
over there documenting the swap. The car is registered as a 1965 and all paperwork is clean and clear.
Deep oil sump
KCW type 1 front beam with adjusters and 2" dropped spindles.
Disc brakes up front and drums in back, drilled for the Porsche bolt pattern.
A couple paint scuffs under the front apron down low.
That floor pan looks super solid!

What a sweet looking ride!
I love the color choices here...the exterior color is an original VW color called "Birch Green"
It is not original to this exact car, but it sure looks "right" on it.
Nice accessory items throughout like the overrider bumpers and guards, fog lights, Australian mesh sunvisor and rear window blinds.
These wheels are genuine Porsche "Cosmics" that are very desirable.
The owner has stated that he would consider a reduced price on the car if he keeps these wheels or swaps for a wheel of your choice.
This is a looker for sure and is quite rare with the RHD history and accessories.
